Bachelors of Music in Vocal Performance, Baldwin Wallace College with added Jazz studies. Member of several local bands, most recently 6 years with the Holdin' Back Band. Played all styles of music at bandstands, fais (Spencer Fair, Sterling Fair, Holden Days), private events, Senior living communities and centers.
Developed music programs for seniors, adults with special needs, and dementia.

BACKGROUND
Founder, MC, music arranger, and performer in the First Class band for 14 years, DJ for 9 years, founder and MC for the Holdin’ Back band for 9 years. Have also performed at many local town bandstands, fairs (Spencer Fair, Sterling Fair, Holden Days), private events, Senior living communities and centers.
Instructor (guitar, bass, uke) for more than 25 years. Studied guitar with Monster Mike Welch, Peter Clemente Sr. and Joe D’Angelo.
Solo performance, "Blake's Tunes", covering the great performers (Elvis, Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, James Taylor, Frank Sinatra, and more) and musical styles from Oldies, Classic Rock, to Contemporary.

BACKGROUND
A professional percussionist, steel drummer, and drum/steel drum teacher for over 15 years. Masters and Bachelors degree in Percussion Performance, College-Conservatory of Music, Hartt School of Music.
Since 2009, actively performing in a variety of musical genres, i.e., bands, symphonies in MA and CT, as well as or several musical theater productions.
